It was a fantastic day for the Lockwood Parish Council area at the 2014 Northumbria in Bloom awards ceremony which was held at Gosforth Park racecourse, Newcastle, on Tuesday 16th September 2014, as representatives from the area picked up no fewer than 11 awards.
There were awards for three of our villages with Moorsholm also scooping the top prize with the Percy Boydell Trophy for best overall entry into the 2014 competition.
